1. Data controller

2. What data we process and why

We process personal data only to the extent necessary, for these purposes:

  • Contact and partner inquiry forms — name, company, email, phone, country and the content of your message. Partner inquiries may also include business type, sales region, expected order format or volume and a product of interest. Legal basis: performance of steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Submitting the form also requires your explicit confirmation of this policy.
  • Direct contact by email or phone — data you provide in the communication. Legal basis: as above.
  • Website operation and form-abuse prevention — technically necessary data, including your cookie-consent choice stored in your browser, a hashed technical identifier derived from your IP address for temporary submission rate limiting, and technical/browser interaction data processed by Google reCAPTCHA when a protected form is displayed. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. Retention

Form and email inquiries are kept for the time needed to handle them and for a maximum of 2 years thereafter, unless a business relationship arises (then data are kept for its duration and statutory archiving periods). Rate-limit timestamps are considered for no more than 24 hours; the hashed technical identifier may remain in the server’s temporary storage until routine system cleanup. Your cookie-consent choice is stored in your browser until you delete it.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data from the forms are delivered to our mailbox operated by our email hosting provider acting as a processor. Form-abuse protection is provided by Google reCAPTCHA; Google may process technical data in countries outside the European Economic Area under its applicable safeguards. We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectification of inaccurate data,
  • erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing),
  • lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, www.uoou.cz).
