Partner opportunity
Bring GALP lubricants to your market
We are growing a network of regional distributors, wholesalers and reseller or service partners in Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Romania. Tell us who you serve and where you operate, and we will explore the right portfolio and cooperation model together.
Commercial terms are prepared individually after we understand your company, market and intended assortment.

A manufacturer story your sales team can stand behind
GALP is one of Portugal’s leading energy groups, with roots reaching back to the first gas lamps of Lisbon in the 19th century. Today it refines and blends lubricants, combining refined base oils with modern additive chemistry across products developed for ACEA, API and vehicle-manufacturer requirements.
GALP develops and manufactures the products; ULTRAX.EU s.r.o. brings them to Central Europe as the official distributor for Poland, Slovakia, Romania and the Czech Republic — with product documentation, coordinated storage and one regional point of contact.
Four markets, one regional partner conversation
Discuss your sales area and customer base with us. We shape the starting assortment and supply approach around the market you actually serve.
Czech Republic
Our home market and logistics hub. The Brno warehouse and company headquarters coordinate partner deliveries across the Czech Republic.
Slovakia
Partner deliveries across Slovakia are coordinated from the Brno hub for distributor, fleet and industrial requirements.
Poland
A key growth market where we are expanding relationships with regional distributors and professional customers.
Romania
A market where we are developing cooperation with distributors and larger fleet and industrial customers.
Supply built around your assortment
Partner deliveries are coordinated from our Brno base and can span resale packs, pallets, drums and IBC containers as the cooperation develops.
Regional stock planning
We plan stock priorities around the range partners develop and confirm current availability for each order.
Formats from resale packs to bulk
Available formats across the range include retail packs, 205- and 208-litre drums and 1000-litre IBC containers. We confirm the right options for the selected products.
Planned replenishment
Availability and delivery planning are discussed against the selected range, order format and destination.
What helps your team develop the range
A professional portfolio is only the start. Product clarity, technical materials and coordinated supply help turn it into a workable offer.
GALP product foundation
A portfolio developed by an international energy group, with ACEA, API and vehicle-manufacturer requirements shown for the relevant products.

Oil recommendations, data sheets and product advice through one regional point of contact.
Coordinated partner supply

How partnership starts
A clear first conversation before commercial terms
The first step is to understand whether the market, customer base and portfolio fit both sides. Commercial terms follow that conversation.

- 01
Tell us about your market
Share your company profile, sales region and the customer groups you already serve.
- 02
Shape the starting range
We discuss relevant categories, product documentation, pack formats and supply requirements.
- 03
Receive an individual proposal
If there is a fit, we prepare commercial and operational terms for your company.
Let’s explore a fit for your market
Tell us about your business, territory and customers. We will review the opportunity and discuss an individual route to cooperation.
Individual commercial framework
The framework reflects the partner’s market, intended assortment and expected scope of cooperation.
Product & technical materials
Catalogue content, data sheets, structured product information and help with oil recommendations for your customers.
Coordinated logistics
Stock priorities and replenishment planning across retail packs, pallets, drums and IBC containers, subject to the selected range.
Start a partnership conversation
A short introduction is enough. Include your market, customer profile and the product categories that interest you.
Partner pricing and commercial terms are shared individually after the initial qualification.
